Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Optra One Partner Application, including web-based services ("Platform", "Optra One"), owned and operated by AIRTH Research Private Limited ("AIRTH", "Company", "We", "Us").
By accessing, registering, or using the Platform, the User ("User", "you", or "your") agrees to be bound by these Terms.
About AIRTH
We are a deep-tech company focused on building advanced air purification and service technologies.
The company is backed and validated by:
- IIT Bombay
- IISc Bangalore
- IIT Kanpur
- IIT Delhi
AIRTH has also been featured on Shark Tank India.
The Optra One Partner Application is designed as a technology platform to enable and scale service businesses across India, without replacing their existing business methods.
Nature of the Platform
The Platform is a technology enablement tool that allows Users to:
- Manage customers and service data
- Create and schedule jobs
- Assign and track technicians
- Track payments linked to jobs
- Manage AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and reminders
- Generate reports and analytics
Optra One does not provide, or execute, supervise, or control any services directly by Users.
Optra One acts solely as an intermediary technology provider and is not responsible for service delivery.
Definition of SSD (Sales and Service Dealer)
A Sales and Service Dealer (SSD) is defined as a business entity that satisfies at least two (2) of the following conditions:
- Sells products, spare parts, or equipment
- Provides installation, servicing, or maintenance
- Manages customer jobs or field operations
- Operates with recurring service workflows such as AMC, follow-ups, or scheduled maintenance
Optra One reserves the sole and final right to determine SSD eligibility.
SSD Business Classification
Eligible SSD businesses are categorized as follows:
Home & Appliance SSDs
Includes (but not limited to):
- Air conditioner and HVAC service providers
- Appliance repair service (refrigerator, washing machine, etc.)
- Water purifier (RO), air purifier, and filtration services
- Geyser, chimney, and kitchen appliance services
- Electrical and plumbing service providers
- Smart home installation services
Commercial & Facility SSDs
Includes (but not limited to):
- Facility management companies
- Commercial HVAC contractors (AHU, FCU, ducting)
- Building maintenance contractors
- Pest control and cleaning services
- CCTV and security providers
- Elevator/lift maintenance companies
- Generator (DG set) service providers
- Fire safety system installers
Industrial & Technical SSDs
Includes (but not limited to):
- Industrial machinery service providers
- Compressor, pump, and motor services
- Medical and laboratory equipment maintenance
- Commercial kitchen equipment service providers
- IT hardware and networking support
- Printer/copier AMC providers
Conditional SSD Eligibility
Businesses such as electricians, plumbers, or independent technicians may qualify if they operate with:
- Structured service workflows
- Repeat customer lifecycle
- Job and technician management systems
Non-SSD Businesses
The following businesses are not classified as SSDs and may be subject to paid plans:
Digital / Non-Service Businesses
- Software/SaaS companies
- Agencies (marketing, branding, consulting)
- Sales-Only Businesses
- Retailers without after-sales service
- E-commerce/D2C brands without service workflows
Professional Services
- Doctors, clinics, hospitals
- Legal, CA, consulting firms
- Coaching institutes
- Lifestyle Businesses
- Restaurants and cafes
- Event companies
- Fitness studios without service operations
Logistics & Others
- Delivery/logistics companies
- HR/recruitment firms
Optra One reserves the right to classify or reclassify Users at its sole direction.
Pricing Policy
- The Platform is currently offered free of charge for eligible SSD Users. This free access is promotional and subject to change at Optra One's discretion
- Optra One reserves the right to introduce fees, subscription plans, or premium features at any time, with prior notice where applicable.
- Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of updated pricing.
Payment Terms
- Users may collect payments directly via their own UPI or external methods.
- Optra One does not charge any fees on such transactions.
- The Platform may integrate with third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay). Applicable transaction fees will be charged by such providers.
Optra One is not responsible for:
- Payment failures
- Transaction delays
- Refund disputes
- Chargebacks or fraud
Marketing & Promotional Material Usage
Optra One may provide promotional materials including:
- Digital creatives, banners, brochures
- Physical branding (caps, t-shirts, helmets, uniforms, stickers)
The User agrees to:
- Use and display such materials in connection with their services
- Ensure technicians wear Optra One branding during service visits, where applicable
- Not modify, alter, or misuse Optra One branding without prior approval
Non-compliance may impact visibility on the Platform or may result in suspension at Optra One's discretion.
Independent Business Relationship
The User agrees that:
- The User is an independent business entity
- This is a principal-to-principal relationship
- No employer–employee, partnership, or agency relationship exists
- Users have no authority to bind Optra One.
- All technicians or staff are solely managed by the User.
No Operational Control
Optra One does not:
- Control how services are performed
- Manage technicians
- Interfere in pricing or execution
All service delivery responsibility lies with the User.
Indemnification
User agree to indemnify and hold harmless Optra One from:
- Service-related claims
- Customer disputes
- Technician misconduct
- Property damage or injury
- Legal violations
This obligation shall survive termination of the User's account.
Data Usage & Consent
- The Platform may process operational and location data for the purpose of providing its services.
- The User agrees to obtain necessary consents from customers and technicians where required.
- Detailed information regarding data collection and usage is available in the Privacy Policy.
User Responsibilities
Users agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws
- Not misuse customer or technician data
- Maintain confidentiality of their login credentials
- Avoid fraud, misuse, or unauthorized access
- Ensure proper consent is obtained from customers and employees where required
- Immediately notify Optra One of any unauthorized use or security breach.
- Be responsible for all activities conducted through their account.
- Not use automated systems, bots, or scraping tools to access the Platform without authorization
Intellectual Property
- All rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including software, design, trademarks, and content, are owned by Optra One.
- Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform.
- Users shall not reproduce, distribute, or exploit the Platform without authorization.
Third-Party Services
- The Platform may integrate third party services.
- Optra One is not responsible for the performance, policies, or failures of such third parties.
Service Availability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Optra One does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Downtime may occur due to maintenance or technical issues.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Optra One shall not be liable for:
- Business losses
- Payment issues
- Incorrect data
- Service-related issues
- Indirect or consequential damages
Account Suspension & Termination
Optra One may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Violation of Terms
- Fraud or misuse
- Illegal activities
Upon termination, Optra One may retain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Users may discontinue use of the Platform at any time by ceasing access or requesting account closure.
Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Governing Law
Laws of India apply.
Jurisdiction
Courts of New Delhi have jurisdiction.
Arbitration
Disputes shall be resolved via arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitrator shall be solely appointed by Optra One.

Force Majeure
Optra One shall not be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, technical failures, or government actions.
Modifications to Terms
Optra One reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
